Direct one on one support

Some clients benefit from cohort work. Others need a more tailored, direct format. These sessions are for people who want individual support, need more than a cohort can provide, or want focused help understanding what is not working and how to build change that actually holds.

What this work does

Rather than staying in insight alone, the work identifies the pattern, locates where execution breaks down, and builds more usable structure for communication, behavioral follow-through, and implementation in real life.

Individual sessions

Individual sessions are for adults who are carrying too much and need more than reflection, coping language, or surface-level insight. This work helps you understand what is not working in your system, where execution keeps collapsing, and how to build more usable structure for steadiness, follow-through, and change.

  • When execution keeps collapsing even though you “know better.”

  • When you keep oscillating between over-functioning and shutdown.

  • When invisible work, emotional load, or performance strain are costing more than anyone else can see.

Parent Sessions

Parent sessions are for caregivers with teenagers (13-18) who need direct, individualized support beyond a cohort format. The work helps you understand what is happening in the family system, what keeps destabilizing follow-through at home, and how to respond with clearer structure, steadier containment, and more workable implementation.

  • When the household keeps reorganizing around urgency, conflict, shutdown, or escalation.

  • When you have already tried support, flexibility, therapy, or accommodations and still feel stuck.

  • When you need clearer tools for structure, accountability, and day-to-day follow-through.

This is NOT for parents who take NO ownership and believe they are 100% not part of the problem.

*This is NOT for parents that are not willing to do the work, make adjustments or changes.

Couples Sessions

Couples sessions are for partners who are tired of insight without change. The goal is not only to name the pattern, but to understand what keeps interrupting repair, communication, and follow-through, then build new structures that can hold under stress.

  • Flooding and shutdown that derail conversations.

  • Pursuit and withdrawal loops that leave both people lonely.

  • Resentment, criticism, or numbness that do not shift with surface-level tools.

We slow the pattern down, identify where execution breaks down in the relationship, and begin building different structures for contact, repair, expectation, and follow-through.

Ongoing and Step-down Support

Ongoing and step-down support is for clients who have done foundational work and want a structure for maintaining progress without staying in weekly sessions indefinitely. The focus is on keeping gains usable over time, adjusting systems as life changes, and catching old patterns before they become full collapse again.

  • Monthly or periodic sessions to maintain structure and follow-through.

  • Support when transitions, stress, or increased load start to reactivate old patterns.

  • A place to test adjustments in real time instead of waiting for crisis.
