Professional Consultation and Referrals

This page is designed for referral partners who need clean, quick clarity: who the work is for, what it addresses, and how to determine whether a referral or consultation makes sense.

Who this is for
This page is for professionals considering referral, consultation, or collaboration.

  • Attorneys and court-adjacent professionals.

  • Physicians, psychiatrists, and prescribing providers.

  • Therapists, psychologists, and clinical teams.

  • School leaders, educators, and student-support professionals.

  • Consultants, practice leaders, and other professionals managing high-complexity systems.

Who I work with

Professionals
People whose executive functioning, communication, or behavioral patterns are interfering with stability, leadership, or follow-through.

Parents of teens
Parents of teens or young adults, especially when ADHD, overload, shutdown, escalation, or inconsistency are shaping the family system.

Couples
Partners stuck in repeated conflict, distance, flooding, withdrawal, or breakdown in repair and follow-through.

What I offer
I provide structured, neuroscience-informed behavioral strategy for clients who often already have insight, treatment history, or strong motivation, but are still stuck in patterns that do not shift.

The work focuses on identifying what is not working, locating where execution breaks down, and building practical systems for implementation under real-life conditions.

When referral makes sense
• A client or family system remains stuck in repeated overload, shutdown, escalation, or relational breakdown.

• Insight is present, but behavior, follow-through, or relational patterns are not changing.

• The issue is patterned, systemic, or difficult to translate into practical next steps.

• A parent, couple, or professional needs language and structure that is more usable than theory alone.

How to refer
The easiest way to refer is to send the client or family directly to the inquiry page, or contact me to discuss fit when the situation is more complex.

I welcome concise, context-aware communication and aim to make the referral process straightforward, clear, and clinically grounded.
